I have some exciting news to share!

Yet bittersweet, I have decided to leave Origin Chiropractic/Van Dam Chiropractic , which I will miss dearly and relocate to a new location with a center of Physical Therapists & Occupational Therapists.  I am very excited with this new adventure, which has always been a dream of mine! To be in an office with a group of Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapists in a Healthcare Center, to where we can collaborate together as a team and help educate our patients/clients  with a wellness plan to maintain a healthier quality way of life and well being.
